Job Description: Back Office Executive

Company: Moissani India

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and updating databases.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth flow of information.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents.
  • Handle customer queries and support tasks via email and phone.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
