Your primary responsibilities will include: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities and potential clients in the cable TV products, networking products, and power electronics products industries. Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and prospecting new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and targeted outreach. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. Product Promotion: Effectively communicating the features, benefits, and advantages of our cable TV products, networking solutions, and power electronics products to potential clients. Sales Strategy: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Market Trends: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiating contracts and closing deals to ensure a successful sales cycle. Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions, and providing regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the cable TV products, networking products, or power electronics industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively. A proactive and result-oriented approach to achieving sales targets. Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
