Business Development Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow sales, build client relationships, and support the expansion of our jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle walk-in, online, and referred leads
• Explain product features (diamond/gold/lab-grown) and close sales
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Visit exhibitions, events, and BTL activities to generate leads
• Maintain client database and prepare daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Good knowledge of jewellery products (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Experience:

• 1–4 years in sales, BDE, jewellery, diamonds, or luxury retail preferred.
