**What You'll Do**

- Generate new business leads from retail brands, F&B chains, hotel groups, and commercial clients

- Meet clients, understand their fit-out needs, and bring mandates to PID

- Follow up on RFQs, prepare proposals, and close deals

- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business

- Track new store launches, mall openings, and brand expansions in your territory

- Report pipeline and progress to senior leadership weekly

**Who We're Looking For**

✅ 3–7 years in BD / Sales — interior design, contracting, fit-out, construction, or building materials preferred

✅ Comfortable meeting CXOs, retail heads, and project managers independently

✅ Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills

✅ Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate

✅ Own vehicle preferred (field role)
