Job Description
Hello... we are looking for Chinese CDP
Along with general responsibilities below are top priorities:
1. Make all food items as per recipe book only.
2. Proper inventory management and ordering.
3. Ensure proper hygiene in kitchen.
4. Ensure food cost under 35%. (Currently it is at 50% and needs a lot of improvement, you will be given 1 complete month to showcase improvements)
5. Perform billing activities in absence of billing personnel.
