Job Summary:Supervise the construction of projects such as Structure work, Finishing and Interior work, Civil Services(Electrical/ Plumbing/ Fire Fighting/ HVAC) , STP tanks, boundary walls etc. Candidates are required to have full knowledge of costing of various raw material.

Duties/Responsibilities:·        Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for various structures of the project.

·        Assesses strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel by testing materials and soil.

·        Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs.

·        Monitors project progress and ensures design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

·        On completion of a project, inspects, repairs, and maintains the structures as needed.

·        Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: ·        Understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.

·        Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) and other design, data recording, and analyzation software.

·        Understanding of safety regulations related to assigned projects.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
