Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Visit customers/clients for payment collection as per assigned routes or areas.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
- Submit daily collection reports to the branch/manager.
- Resolve customer queries related to payment or billing issues.
- Coordinate with the accounts and billing teams for discrepancies.
- Ensure cash handling and deposit procedures are followed properly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and collection guidelines.
- Achieve the monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
