• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Call and follow up on leads to introduce healthcare services and convert them into customers.
• Calls handling to convert them for inbound and outbound related to homecare services.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, taking Interviews and resource allocation.
• Visit hospitals when required to coordinate services with patient’s family and meet doctors.
• Occasionally visit patients’ homes to coordinate services and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Handle patient inquiries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update patient records, billing, and operational documentation.

Any degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or business development.

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel and visit hospitals and patients’ homes when required.
