Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Counselor / Counselor based in Delhi. The role involves engaging with prospective students and their parents through phone calls, providing detailed information about the institution’s courses, programs, and admission procedures.

The Tele-Counselor will address queries, guide prospects toward informed decisions, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions. The role also requires close coordination with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth student onboarding while upholding the organization’s objectives and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students and parents via phone calls to explain courses, programs, and admission processes.

• Address inquiries clearly and accurately, helping prospects make informed decisions.

• Maintain updated and accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and leads.

• Assist the admissions team in converting leads into enrolled students.

• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions departments to support outreach and enrollment activities.

• Uphold high levels of professionalism, empathy, and student-centric service in all communications.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

• Ability to handle queries confidently and provide clear, precise information.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage records and follow-ups efficiently.

• Knowledge of educational programs or previous counseling experience is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
