Job Description

Customer Care Executive | Ecomelectron

Roles and Responsibilities

- Answering to all the pre-purchase and post-purchase queries from the customer.

- Answering to all the service calls.

- Registering the customer’s calls in the Service Partner CRM.

- Doing Review and Feedback Calls With the Customers.

- Maintaining Customers issue tracker.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English Language and accent is a must.

- Technically sound.

- Computer literate with good typing speed.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word.

- Preferably a multilingual candidate

Desired Candidate Profile

- Female candidates with good command over any of the south Indian Languages from Tamil, Kannada, Telegu, Malayalam will be preferred.


- Graduate in any stream.
