Job Description

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for assisting passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, flight information, baggage, and general queries. The role ensures smooth passenger service and a positive travel experience while maintaining airline and airport standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet passengers courteously and provide assistance throughout their airport journey.
  • Handle check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures efficiently.
  • Assist passengers with special needs (elderly, differently-abled, unaccompanied minors, etc.).
  • Provide accurate flight information and handle passenger inquiries.
  • Coordinate with airline, security, and baggage teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Maintain records and reports related to passenger services.
  • Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and local languages.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and airport software (DCS preferred).
  • Pleasing personality with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferably in Aviation, Hospitality, or Travel Management).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers may apply).
