📍 Location: Delhi (115, DLF Prime Tower, Okhla Phase 1)

💰 Salary: ₹10,000- ₹15,000 per month

👩‍💼 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

About Us: BuyBacKart is a fast-growing marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned smartphones and gadgets. We’re expanding our customer service division and seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to enhance our user experience and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, pricing, device conditions, and services
• Manage customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
• Assist customers in booking pickups, tracking orders, and understanding BuyBacKart processes
• Resolve complaints with professionalism and timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth service
• Build long-term relationships with customers to increase retention
• What We’re Looking For: Female candidates preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer handling
• Problem-solving mindset with a polite and patient approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service/inside sales/support
• Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
