CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER: JOB DESCRIPTION:- We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong client-centric approach.

➢ Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. ➢ Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. ➢ Always ask them for true feedback. ➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment. ➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients. ➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services. ➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern. ➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner. 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong client relationships, serve as the primary contact, and address inquiries effectively.

Customer Retention and Growth:

Develop strategies to retain clients, minimize churn, and identify upselling opportunities.

Problem-Solving:

Resolve customer complaints promptly and collaborate internally to address issues.

Customer Insights:

Collect client feedback, analyze trends, and suggest service/product improvements.

Reporting and Metrics:

Generate reports on satisfaction, retention, and KPIs; monitor feedback for improvement.

Salary : Remuneration for this post should be under 15k to 20k. If you have big clients, the salary can go up to 25k to 30k.

P:S - CRM should stay at a minimum distance of 30-45 mins from the office.

Most important rule for MD - You have to sit with the CRM twice or thrice in a week to understand the client’s queries. Support them to retain your clients.
