Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telecaller to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to field engineers for status update on customer complaints
- Closely track customer complaints resolution states
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors for resolution for timely resolution of complaints
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and performance metrics.
