Data Entry Operator

Job Description: Data Entry Executive We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to manage and update data accurately in our systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.

• Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Review, verify, and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.
• Perform data cleanup and remove duplicate or outdated information.
• Prepare and generate daily or weekly reports when required.
• Assist other departments with data-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data integrity standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines with high accuracy.
• Skills & Qualifications Required:Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office tools.
• Ability to maintain focus and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of computer operations and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Education:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
