Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive for our dry cleaning and laundry business. The candidate will be responsible for timely pickup and delivery of clothes from customers’ homes/offices while ensuring excellent customer service and proper handling of garments.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up laundry and dry-cleaning orders from customers

Deliver cleaned clothes safely and on time

Handle garments carefully to avoid damage or mix-ups

Verify orders during pickup and delivery

Collect payments (cash/online) when required

Maintain proper delivery records and receipts

Coordinate with store/staff regarding delivery schedules

Use Google Maps/navigation apps for efficient routing

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism during work

Ensure customer satisfaction and polite communication

Marketing Skills to acquire more clients.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer handling skills

Punctual and responsible attitude

Safe driving skills for bike/scooter

Knowledge of local routes and areas

Ability to use smartphone apps and Google Maps

Basic understanding of pickup & delivery operations

Honest, disciplined, and hardworking

Ability to carry laundry bags/packages

Requirements

Valid Driving License

Own bike/scooter preferred

Android smartphone required

Minimum education: 10th Pass

Prior delivery experience is a plus

Freshers can also apply

Working Hours

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Off: 2 Days off per Month
