Job Description

Product Design & Development: Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software. Design for manufacturability across both 3D printing and traditional manufacturing processes.
Project Management: Lead manufacturing projects from concept through to production, ensuring all design specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met.
3D Printing: Develop designs optimized for 3D printing, select appropriate materials, and oversee the printing process to ensure quality outcomes.
Traditional Manufacturing: Collaborate with the production team to integrate traditional manufacturing methods such as CNC machining, injection molding, and metal fabrication into project designs.
Assembly & Prototyping: Design and manage assembly processes for prototypes and finished products, ensuring that all components fit and function correctly.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement across all stages of design and manufacturing
