E-Commerce Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to support online platform operations, listings, inventory coordination, and order management. This role requires someone who works fast, stays organised under pressure, and collaborates effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Listings Assist in updating product listings (content, pricing, offers, stock availability).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SKU accuracy (barcodes, pack sizes, titles, images).
• Support creation and maintenance of catalog data for platforms.
• Order & Inventory Coordination Track online orders and ensure proper end-to-end processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatch, packaging, and replenishments.
• Monitor platform stock levels and flag low inventory or discrepancies.
• Product Monitoring and listing health.
• Report trends, issues, and platform errors to management.
• Assist in competitor checks, pricing benchmarking, and basic marketplace analytics.
• Communication & Administrative Support-Liaise with category managers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare basic weekly reports and summaries related to sales, stock, or product updates.
• Maintain operational documentation, spreadsheets, and trackers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce support or admin operations (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, and organisation.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
