Electric Solar Site Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer – Solar Projects (3–5 MW) Multiple projects 

Location: Delhi NCR , Haryana

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 4+ years (Must have hands-on experience in execution of solar projects)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to manage the execution of ground-mounted or rooftop solar power projects (3–5 MW). The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in on-site implementation of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical works at site including installation, wiring, testing & commissioning

Ensure compliance with project drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols

Coordinate with EPC teams, contractors, and vendors for timely execution

Maintain site reports, material records, and documentation

Handle troubleshooting and technical challenges during project execution

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of site experience in solar project execution (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, LT/HT systems

Ability to read electrical schematics and execute as per design

Familiar with industry safety standards and regulations.
