Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target large enterprise accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their business drivers, pain points, and challenges.
- Proactively prospect and identify new enterprise customers through networking, industry events, and research.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent movement through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Understand and articulate the company’s products and services in relation to customer needs.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet the complex requirements of enterprise clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing:*
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales by managing internal and external stakeholders, navigating long sales cycles, and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts post-sale.
- Work closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell opportunities and renewals within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
