Job Description – Event Marketing Manager

Objective:

To acquire new business opportunities, convert leads into successful event projects, and ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and target potential clients across industries.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of event leads.

Build relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.

Pitch event concepts and customized solutions to clients.

2.   Sales & Client Conversion

Understand client requirements and propose tailored event solutions.

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.

Ensure seamless client onboarding and contract finalization.

3.   Event Planning & Execution

Work closely with internal teams and vendors for event production.

Develop event timelines, budgets, and execution plans.

Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground event setup.

Ensure high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and ROI measurement.

4.   Marketing & Brand Positioning

Collaborate with marketing teams for event promotions.

Utilize digital marketing and influencer strategies for outreach.

Ensure brand visibility and audience engagement at events.
