Job Description
Position: Factory Supervisor / Production Incharge
Location: Delhi
Company: Pixel LED Pvt. Ltd.
We are hiring a Factory Supervisor / Production Incharge to manage LED screen production, worker supervision, inventory control, and dispatch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise factory staff and daily LED screen assembly.
- Manage raw materials, stock entries, and production targets.
- Plan dispatches and coordinate with logistics.
- Maintain production and inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Graduate in Electronics or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in LED / Electronics / Signage production.
- Good coordination, leadership & Excel skills.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives
