Fleet Coordinator (Offroll)

What will you do?

- As a Fleet Coordinator in the Logistics team, you will use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills to manage our on-ground delivery partner fleet, ensuring a flawless customer experience- Undertake resource planning based on demand and availability

- Ensure smooth on-ground operations for Dedicated Store

- Conduct field training for delivery partners on best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Work closely with our Delivery Partner fleet to understand their needs, seek feedback/ insights, and provide optimal solutions.

We are looking for someone who is:

- An ambitious professional with more than 1 year of experience (Preferably in logistics and operations)

- Collaborative and can work with large blue-collar teams

- Excellent at solving on-ground challenges faced and raised by delivery partners

- Curious and has a penchant for thinking the impossible
