Employment Type: Full-Time🔧 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Mobile App Development (React Native or Flutter).

The role involves building and maintaining our e-commerce website and mobile application, integrating backend APIs, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities🔹 Frontend (Web)Develop responsive UI using React.js, Redux/Context, Tailwind/Material UI.
• Convert Figma/UI references into pixel-perfect pages.
• Build product listing, filtering, cart, checkout, order tracking, user profile, wishlist, etc.
• Implement SEO-friendly front-end structure.
• 🔹 Backend (API & Server)Develop scalable REST APIs using Node.js & Express.js.
• Integrate MongoDB schemas for products, orders, users, payments, coupons, etc.
• Authentication: JWT / OAuth.
• Payment Gateway Integration (Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, Stripe).
• Ensure clean, modular, reusable code and proper documentation.
• 🔹 Mobile App (React Native or Flutter)Build hybrid apps for Android & iOS.
• Implement hooks/screens for login, signup, home, product pages, cart, checkout, order updates.
• Integrate push notifications (Firebase).
• App publishing on Play Store & App Store.
• 🔹 DevOpsDeploy apps on AWS / DigitalOcean / Vercel.
• Database management & backups.
• Version control with Git/GitHub.
• 🔹 IntegrationsThird-party APIs: SMS, Email, Delivery, CRM/ERP.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP integration will be an added advantage.
• 🎯 Required SkillsStrong command over React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Experience with React Native or Flutter mobile app development.
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred).
• REST APIs, JSON, async programming.
• UI frameworks: Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap.
• Git, GitHub, CI/CD basics.
• Knowledge of e-commerce workflows: products, cart, orders, payments, returns.
• 📚 Additional Preferred SkillsExperience with Socket.io (live updates).
• Experience with Odoo ERP or any ERP/CRM integration.
• Knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS, S3, EC2, Vercel).
• Understanding of security and performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of SEO and Web Vitals.
• 👤 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• Proven experience creating and deploying MERN websites and mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio of previous work is a plus.

💰 Salary Range₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on experience, skillset & portfolio.
