Young India Show is a youth-driven NGO working in the areas of education, health, innovation, sports, environment, and community development. We conduct impactful initiatives, campaigns, and outreach programs to uplift underserved communities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Fundraiser to support our mission by identifying donors, managing partnerships, and driving fundraising initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential donors, corporates, CSR teams, and HNIs
• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns (online & offline)
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
• Maintain donor relationships and ensure regular communication
• Collaborate with internal teams for event planning and execution
• Track fundraising performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Represent Young India Show in external meetings, events, and conferences
• Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication & networking skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term donor relationships
• Prior fundraising or sales experience (preferred)
• Good understanding of CSR ecosystem and NGO fundraising
• Highly motivated, target oriented, and passionate about social impact
