Splashit is India’s fastest-growing experiential art-play studio brand, offering immersive activities such as neon splatter rooms, acrylic pour art, and interactive entertainment across its centers in India.

We are now expanding aggressively and looking for a strong General Manager (GM) to lead operations, revenue, team performance, and customer experience across our Delhi NCR locations.

Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of all Splashit centers in Delhi NCR.

This person must be an exceptional leader who can:

• Manage daily operations
• Drive revenue and growth
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Build and mentor teams
• Maintain brand standards and operational excellence
• Lead, train, and supervise Center Managers and their teams.
• Visit centers weekly and oversee operations.

This is a senior role, ideal for someone who has previously handled multi-location retail, F&B, entertainment, hospitality, or gaming center operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 + years of experience in retail, F&B, entertainment, hospitality, gaming zones, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience managing multi-location teams is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and solve problems quickly.
• Customer-first mindset with strong operational discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree required
