Job Overview* Role & Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, manage employee onboarding/offboarding, maintain personnel files, handle attendance/payroll inputs, and support staff engagement initiatives. * Qualifications: MBA in HR or Graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. * Experience: 1–3 years of core HR experience (healthcare sector experience is a major plus).
