Looking for Inside Sales Representative (ISR):


Revenue Generation & Quota Achievement: 

This involves consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets by effectively selling products or services. 


Lead Management: 

Generating new leads, following up on existing ones, and qualifying them to identify potential customers ready for a sales conversation. 


Customer Relationship Management: 

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. 


Sales Process & Deal Closing: 

Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal delivery to negotiating terms and closing deals. 


Reporting & Data Accuracy: 

Accurately tracking and reporting on all sales activities, including calls, leads generated, and deals closed, for performance analysis. 


CRM Utilisation:

Effectively using the customer relationship management system to log activities, manage pipelines, and ensure data integrity.


Quotation Sending Skills: 

Skills for quotation making include strong analytical and organizational abilities, attention to detail for accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication.


Product Knowledge:

Demonstrating a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
