Interior Site Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations and support smooth execution of interior projects. The role involves handling labour, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

This is a Work From Office (WFO) role.

Client communication will be done primarily over calls.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Supervise labour and oversee daily site work.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal project team.

* Communicate with clients over calls to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve queries.

* Prepare and maintain project progress reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to the site.

* Ensure work quality, adherence to project timelines, and site cleanliness.

* Manage and plan daily site schedules for smooth workflow.

* Oversee basic interior work execution and ensure standards are met.

* Handle on-site issues and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

*Requirements*

* Basic understanding of interior work and site execution.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Confidence in interacting with both labour and clients (mostly over calls).

* Proactive, organized, and responsible in managing daily tasks.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Ability to maintain detailed and accurate reports.

*Preferred Qualities*

Experience in interior site supervision (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
