Job Description
Machine Operator – Electrical Maintenance
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring machine performance, identifying electrical faults, and carrying out basic maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machines during shifts.
- Start up, shut down, and adjust machines as per production requirements.
- Identify and rectify minor electrical faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, sensors, switches, and control panels.
- Report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Ensure machine safety and quality standards are followed.
- Maintain production and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff to achieve production targets.
Ideal Candidate
ITI Electrician / ITI Electrical.
- 3–5 years of experience in machine operation and electrical maintenance.
- Should be residing in Delhi/NCR.
- Knowledge of motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and control panels.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, plastics, engineering, or industrial machinery.
- Able to work in shifts and can join immediately.
