We are hiring energetic, confident, and customer-oriented Mall Sales Executives to join our retail team across leading malls in Delhi. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and maintaining smooth store operations while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

🛒 Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the store.

Explain product features, pricing, and running offers.

Handle customer queries and complaints politely.

Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle billing and payments (Cash/Card/UPI).

Maintain sales and inventory records.

Support mall promotions and in-store activities.

Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily operations.

🎯 Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (POS billing, Excel).

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

Good teamwork and time-management abilities.

Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred.
