Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to understand and translate client requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. Strong foundation in implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications tailored to client needs. Proficient in conducting technical assessments and providing strategic recommendations for ServiceNow deployments. Experienced in managing project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to best practices in tech consulting. Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and their application within ServiceNow environments.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• Cloud Architecture (5+ years)
