MIS Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining management information systems, generating reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
• Reporting:
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, including financial performance, sales analysis, and operational metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
• System Maintenance:
• Oversee the maintenance of MIS systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data systems.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide support.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to enhance data utilization.
• Trend Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and business performance to assist in strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
• Technical Skills:
• Utilize software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and reporting.
• Documentation:
• Document processes and procedures for data management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based position with standard working hours.
• May require occasional overtime during peak reporting periods.
