As we scale, we need a detail-oriented and dependable Mobile Repair Technician to keep our repair operations running smoothly.

• Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and related gadgets (hardware and software issues).
• Handle repairs at L1 to L4 levels:
• 
  
• L1: Basic troubleshooting, screen replacements, battery issues.
• L2: Advanced repairs like motherboard, camera, software flashing.
• L3: Complex hardware and software issues requiring deeper diagnostics.
• L4: Critical repairs, component-level soldering, logic board replacements, and high-level troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and track usage for cost control.
• Maintain accurate repair logs, customer records, and service reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and warranty replacements.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues escalated from L1/L2 technicians.
• Ensure timely and quality repair work to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support team training and knowledge sharing for repair processes.
• Required Skills:Proven experience as a Mobile Repair Technician (L1–L4 experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mobile hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, soldering, and repair equipment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of repair tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mobile Repair, or related field.
• Certification in mobile repair or technical training programs.
