Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET Core + Oracle + Leadership)

On-Site at GAIL, Noida 3 Months Contract (Convertible to Full-Time)**

Position Title: Senior Full Stack Developer & Project Lead

Location: On-site at GAIL Corporate Office, Noida

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

About the Role

BLG Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of the development and delivery of a high-impact JV/Subsidiary Performance Monitoring Portal for GAIL.

This is a hybrid role where you will work as:

• Full Stack Developer (Frontend + Backend)
• Technical Lead
• On-Site Project Coordinator / SPOC
• Delivery Owner

You will be the driving force behind technical execution, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring milestone delivery in a PSU environment.

Key Responsibilities

A. Full Stack Development

Frontend

• Build dynamic, responsive UIs using:
• 
  
• ASP.NET Core MVC / Razor Pages
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• JavaScript, jQuery
• Implement dashboards, graphs & analytics using:
• 
  
• Chart.js / ECharts / Highcharts
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

Backend

• Develop secure, scalable APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API
• Design relational schemas and perform data operations using Oracle
• Implement ETL-like logic for:
• 
  
• Data cleaning
• Transformation
• Aggregation
• KPI generation
• Create workflow-driven modules (J1 J2 G1 G2 G3)
• Integrate user management with Active Directory (LDAP/AD)
• 
  

B. Project Leadership & Client Management

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at GAIL Delhi
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with GAIL teams
• Create documentation:
• 
  
• SRS
• Technical architecture
• Data flow diagrams
• Testing plans
• Deployment documentation
• Manage daily and weekly reporting to BLG & GAIL
• Drive milestone completion within the 24-week RFP schedule
• Coordinate with:
• 
  
• UI/UX designers
• Remote developers
• QA team
• GAIL IT, Cybersecurity & Corporate Affairs teams
• Handle UAT cycles, feedback incorporation & VAPT fixes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-9 years of end-to-end full stack development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• 
  
• ASP.NET Core MVC / Razor Pages
• ASP.NET Core Web API
• C#
• JavaScript, jQuery
• SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle)
• Experience with:
• 
  
• Workflow-based applications
• Secure coding practices
• ETL/data transformation logic
• Enterprise-grade application development
• Strong understanding of:
• 
  
• AD/LDAP
• IIS, Windows Server
• API optimization & performance tuning

Strong Leadership & PM Skills Required

• Experience leading a development team or project
• Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
• Excellent documentation & communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset, proactive ownership
• Experience working with senior management stakeholders

Bonus Skills

• Experience in PSU/Government projects
• Knowledge of SAP integrations (basic familiarity)
• Experience with OCR, reporting systems & dashboards
• Exposure to VAPT, CERT-IN guidelines, compliance requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be willing to work on-site at GAIL Delhi
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Ability to handle a high-responsibility role independently
