Job Description
🎯 Role Summary
As an NBD Executive, you will be the face of Edge Imaging & Diagnostics in the field. Your primary job is to build and grow a referral network of doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporates — converting relationships into consistent, measurable business.
This is a target-driven, field-based role. If you enjoy meeting people, building trust, and seeing direct results from your work, this role is built for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Referral Network Building
• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals daily
• Generate new referral sources and onboard new referral partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Business Growth
• Drive consistent patient referral inflow to the centre
• Identify new market opportunities, corporates, and institutional tie-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets without fail
Field Operations
• Execute 10–15 field visits per day across assigned territory in Delhi NCR
• Conduct professional presentations and business discussions at clinics
• Distribute company collateral, brochures, and service information
Reporting & CRM
• Submit daily field activity report every evening
• Maintain accurate referral tracking records
• Monitor market trends and report competitor activity regularly
