## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager for handling interior fit-out and turnkey projects across Delhi NCR. The candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, labour handling capability, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to complete projects within timelines and quality standards.

The role requires practical on-site leadership and daily coordination with supervisors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.

# Key Responsibilities

## Project Execution

- Handle complete execution of interior fit-out projects

- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards

- Manage day-to-day site operations

- Coordinate civil, electrical, furniture, false ceiling, painting, and finishing activities

## Team Management

- Supervise site supervisors, labour teams, carpenters, electricians, and vendors

- Allocate manpower efficiently across projects

- Resolve on-site execution issues quickly

## Planning & Coordination

- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress

- Coordinate with procurement team for timely material delivery

- Ensure site readiness before starting activities

- Conduct regular site inspections

## Client Coordination

- Attend client/site meetings

- Provide progress updates to management and clients

- Handle project escalations professionally

## Quality & Safety

- Maintain execution quality standards

- Ensure proper finishing and snag-free handovers

- Monitor site discipline and safety compliance

## Billing & Documentation

- Coordinate measurement verification and billing updates

- Track extra items and variation work

- Maintain site reports and progress records

# Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution

- Experience in commercial/corporate/government projects preferred

- Good labour and vendor management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Practical site experience is mandatory

# Experience

- Minimum 5+ years experience in interior execution/project management

- Experience in turnkey interior projects preferred

# Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / Civil / Interior / Construction-related background preferred
