Having teams of ASM and sales officers or regional sales manager at least 8-10 years proven track record.


This role helps develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager leads and mentors the sales team, monitors performance

Sales Strategy and Planning


Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.


Identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and define sales goals and quotas.


Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive sales growth.



Sales Team Leadership and Management


Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.


Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.


Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance sales skills and effectiveness.



Business Development and Account Management


Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.


Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.


Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies for new products or market segments.



Sales Operations and Performance Tracking


Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and sales performance against targets.


Implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.


Proven experience as a sales leader or in a senior sales role, preferably in a product-focused organization.
