We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, purchasing activities, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

• Source and procure materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software, ChatGPT
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
