Job Description

Generate revenue for Om Greentech Industries by converting leads into orders and securing steam contracts.
Understand target customers and suppliers, gather data on fuel purchases to facilitate sales leads.
Develop technical skills in boiler operations and business knowledge to advance to Business Development Manager role.
Build and train boiler operations team.
Conduct tele-calls to generate leads and make weekly visits to existing customers.
Represent the company at conferences and manage online marketing activities.
Prepare proposals to secure steam/boiler contracts.
Source accurate contact details from platforms like Linkedin and Google for decision-makers in target industries.
Spend dedicated time daily on tele-calling decision-makers and professionally communicate via email.
Establish communication between clients and operations team, visiting clients weekly, and develop relations with boiler inspectors for business opportunities.
