Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales from our Delhi office and through occasional visits to dental laboratories. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our PAN India operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets from dental laboratories.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct on-site visits for product demonstrations, client meetings, and training.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment and consumables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, update CRM, and report progress to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development; experience with dental lab products is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
