Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and principles.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in content creation (e.g., writing blogs, creating graphics).
