Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive female Sales Executives from the cosmetics and beauty industry who will be responsible for generating sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online communication. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inside sales or telesales within the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care sector and be confident in promoting products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls and follow up with potential and existing customers to promote and sell skincare and haircare products (derma).
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers confidently using strong product knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare or haircare solutions.
• Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, or email and convert them into sales.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized database of clients for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Representative.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and WhatsApp Business).
• Languages preferred: English, Hindi, and regional languages (as applicable).

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales or inside sales within the cosmetic/beauty industry would be a plus point.
