Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company products/services.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Monitor market conditions and competitors’ activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the Indimart or E-commerce sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
