Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, social media, and field visits.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
• Build long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market insights.

4. Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools or reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
