Sales Executive

Job Description :

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing merchandise display, and maintaining store hygiene. The role requires strong communication skills, fashion awareness, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibility :

• Greet customers and understand their requirements.
• Provide product recommendations based on size, style, fabric, and ongoing trends.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and stock arrangements.
• Ensure all garments are properly tagged, steamed/ironed, and ready for display.
• Manage billing and POS operations when required.
• Track stock levels and report low stock to the Store Manager.
• Stay updated on product features, fabric types, sizes, and fashion trends.
