Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
1. Manage product listings, inquiries, and sales on B2B platforms such as IndiaMART.
2. Handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure timely follow-up through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
3. Maintain and update product listings.
4. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals with potential clients.
5. Conduct cold calling, shoot emails.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in managing accounts on platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
4. Familiarity with preparing quotations, tax invoices, and purchase bill entries.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional Preferences:
1. Experience in the essential oils, fragrance, or related industries is a plus.
2.Knowledge of accounting principles to create invoices and manage purchase entries is preferred.
