 Travel: Comfortable with Pan-India field sales

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Manager with strong B2B and field sales

experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling

abilities, and a proven track record of generating business through on-ground sales activities across

India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product/service presentations.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare sales reports, track targets, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Travel across India for business development and client acquisition.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B and field sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Confident personality with strong client management skills.

• Comfortable with Pan-India travel for field sales.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
