We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Outdoor Sales) to join our team and drive market expansion.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic outdoor sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) across assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in plastic products, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong network of clients in the household product sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
