• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Taxation & Compliance: Independently manage GST filings, TDS/TCS returns, tax audits, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable functions with accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support strategic decisions by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performing variance analysis.
• Audit Coordination: Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of audit cycles.
• Financial Analysis: Assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain proper books of accounts and manage receivables and payables efficiently.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Income Tax laws, PF, and ESIC regulations.
